"Nobody was present when we arrived, and apparently, the Expedia reservation had never been forwarded. But we had a telephone number and the owner sent some staff who arrived after ca. 25 minutes. Fortunately, the bedroom had a portable electric heater but the gas heater in the kitchen/living room did not work, and it was impossible to sit there in the evening.
