Friendly and welcoming.
Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was amazing. When we had any issues they were dealt with very promptly and without any fuss. Pity that the half board rate only related to their main dining room and not to other restaurants on the site. Great swimming pool although hard to get out of if you are a little weak. Breakfast was generous and had different offerings each morning which made for a nice variety. Not really a resort but a nice, relaxing place to be for a few days.

Everyone was lovely, staff are very attentive and the food was great. The rooms are clean and tidy, executive rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony was just to die for. Slight issue with the internet connection in our room but the staff managed to get it sorted. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

This property was amazing. Stunningly beautiful and everything was thought of. Customer service was top notch. Hotel looks very nice. Its just like the pictures. But the rooms are very humid and smells a little like mold. When we checked out they added costs for over 100$ to the bill that we did not use. Even when we told them it was wrong, they still tried to make us pay for several thing.

It’s not what I expected from a 5 star hotel… I stayed for a week and I ask for a phone directory to call room service or the front desk .. never got it .. my bathroom sink was tilted or misplaced so water was always there.. basic rule of sinks… coffee was terrible .. the stuff is trying but the hotel needs of some major five star consulting…
