"The hotel is wonderful. The team was polite and helpful. The beach was a 5 min easy walk. I would stay here again. The only thing that I would change which is personal is bringing a comfortable pillow. "

"Beautiful location, way out in the countryside, were looking forward to it, stopped at a shop on the way to stock up, shouldn't have bothered, the kitchen on the listing is a hot plate down the side of Sabrina's house, not sure what you do if it rains? If you want to put your food on a plate, you have to ask for one, no plates, cutlery of glasses in the property, nothing to even make a coffee with in the morning. Options are drive to a restaurant or pay for a meal cooked by the host, advance...

"Family stayed for two nights. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Alberto the "Captain" of Hotel Poseidon whose hospitality was excellent. The Hotel is just steps from the beach. The breakfast was very good (overlooking the outdoor pool). We had a maintenance issue with the stove in our unit and it was promptly fixed. Air conditioning was excellent. The building and facilities are older, but clean and well-maintained. There is a 24-hour grocery store a few minutes' walk from the hotel....

"We booked a panoramic sea view room, but the room was nothing like the pictures and had no panoramic view. After complaint they moved us to a bigger and better one with fantastic view but very tired furniture and moldy bathroom. Breakfast is fair. Swimming pool is not as it seemed on the photos. It’s very small but it was mostly empty. Nice shaded sun lounges. "

"While our stay at Camping and Village Settebello was comfortable and had great access to the ocean. It was really just a camper village with a dozen or so cabanas. I’d guess 400 or so RV’s and trailers we’re scattered thru the entire complex. The complex had a small grocery and fruit vendor a, nice coffee/booze bar and a nice swimming pool. The staff ware nice and I felt pretty safe. Our room/cabana was a 15x15 box that had a kitchenette and a bathroom and three beds. The shower in our cabana...

"Recommend all to stay away from this hotel. Hardly a 1 star hotel. Despite it says 3 Star(So it’s all about the money, lousy standard overall) • Overpriced with no AC • Rough neighborhood • Extremely small rooms, the shower included. • Beds should have been upgraded 15 years ago together with the rest of the hotel and neighborhood • Small terrace with iron doors making it even smaller We canceled our stay after one night, and booked into another hotel because of the poor conditions....

"Excellent location. Close walking distance to the beach and to the historic town. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Great car garage. Quiet area. We were able to use the beach chairs at no cost since we went out of season. Breakfast was really good. Had a balcony with clothes line to dry out wet bathing suits. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We barely left the property, it was so beautiful to sit on the terraces and look out at the sea. Checkin was easy, Gaetano showed us the property and got us settled. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Gaetano is very responsive to questions and needs."

"Villino traanquillo situato all'interno del parco del Circeo. Ottimo per chi apprezza le coste rocciose raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti ( Per raggiungere le spiagge con sabbia occorre l'auto). La casa dispone di molti accessori. Non sono presenti però wi.fi e aria condizionata (non è stata comunque necessaria durante il nostro soggiorno a luglio)"

The house by the sea one step away from the beach last minute August

A wonderful spot!

"This house is a five minute walk down the stairs to the beach, and the patio has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook with and overall the house is cozy and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has low ceilings so it’s really only good for kids (and depending on their height they might bump their heads). You can walk to the nearby town in 20 minutes for groceries, or take the bus. We rented a boat for the day twice which was our favorite part of the trip (especially Palmarola!). Elena is a wonderful host!"
