The perfect place for your family getaway. Downstairs is the perfect getaway for your luxury vacation. Enjoy the design interior in the apartment with fully equipped spacious kitchen with a large cooking plate, oven, microwave and large fridge. The kitchen is next to the dining area with a table for 4 people. There is one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and one bedroom with two comfortable single beds. The bathroom has a rain shower and hand shower, the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Access to free wifi and digital TV. All details in the apartment are designed to make your stay comfortable. Just one step outside the front door will give you plenty of opportunities to enjoy yourself.

Fantastic downtown Zandvoort location!

Perfect apartment, in the middle of Zandvoort. Walking distance to the food markets, restaurants and bars! The beach is 5 minutes away walking through one pittoresk streets with lots of stores. Great location and bright apartment in the first floor!

Perfect Location ☺️

The best part of this apartment was it's location. Very close to the Restaurants and just a couple of meters away from the Beach. Apartment is comfortable for a family of 4 with all the basic amenities. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave and oven and the required cutlery. I only wished there were two washrooms.

It is a really nice und beautiful appartment. But you can hear the neighbours, which living upstairs, very loud. Especially their talks, their food steps and chair moving.

Amazing Apartment and great Service!

We stayed for about five days to have a nice holiday with friends and the apartment was absolutely perfect! Every supply was there from the Beginning and since we mostly made our own food the supermarket is only 150m away! As well as the beach is only 250m from the apartment everything was perfectly in reach. Sadly parking is very difficult and expensive, but manageable. The service all around the booking was super easy and friendly. Questions were fatally answered and we felt very welcomed! All in all this is a 5/5. Super clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected and according to the pictures! We had an amazing stay and would come back to Zandvoort anytime!

Location. Location. Location

We had a great time and loved the property. Great two bedroom on the first floor. Great kitchen and comfy living room. We ate in for breakfast every day which was an easy way to start the day. Easy walking because you are in the city center. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, beach, and LDC parking garage. The kitchen has two drawers inside the cabinets where you will find the silverware and cooking utensils. Sneaky IKEA. Great washer/dryer. Don't forget your EU power converter plugs like we did. Great and helpful communication with Smiling Host office staff. Thanks for a great week.

Water issue in bathroom for shower Bathroom needs some touching up Random bugs on the floors we tried opening windows for cooler air but then had more flying bugs Communication with the owners in the months ahead was almost non existent. We had some basic questions that we sent a few times but were unable to get any reply. To reach central station by public transport it’s about 1 hour walking and train The local town is nice and has Lots of dining options and activities.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Leider sind die Nachbarn zu laut.

Wir fanden die Wohnung und Ausstattung wirklich großartig. Leider werden wir die Wohnung dennoch nicht nochmal buchen. Denn die Nachbarn (oben drüber) sind einfach zu laut gewesen. Egal, ob Familie mit rennendem und springendem Kleinkind. Oder ein paar Tage später: 3 Erwachsene. Man hört einfach alles von oben drüber. Jeden Schritt, jedes Gespräch, jedes Stühle rücken. Zudem stört es, wenn die Nachbarn vor dem Haus rauchen. Dann zieht der Rauch ins Wohnzimmer, was wirklich unangenehm ist (vor allem wenn es ein Joint ist, den sie rauchen)… Für den Preis hätten wir gern auf Sörens verzichtet.

Kurzurlaub 5-Tage

Fernsehen ging nicht! Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass der Boden vorher nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurde! Im Appartment Upstairs morgens ( ab ca. 06:00 ) permanent laute Geräusche wie z.B., herumschieben von Möbeln und andere Geräuschbelästigungen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft ordentlich.

Schöne moderne Einrichtung, tolle Lage und sehr sauber. Eine tolle Wohnung. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und mit vernünftigen E-Geräten versehen. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben sind Die Esstischstühle. Einer war demoliert und leider sind die insgesamt unbequem. Sonst aber nur zu empfehlen auch die Abwicklung lief reibungslos- super!

tolle Lage und super Ausstattung

Die Wohunung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und wurde imvergangenen Jahr toll renoviert. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Fussgängerzone und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
