Our house has been completely renovated and welcomes you with a modern and friendly design, so you will feel right at home. Here you can spend your holidays in an individual and informal atmosphere, without sacrificing comfort.
It is suitable for a family holiday as well as for a sports or recreational holiday with a variety of activities.
The holiday home has on the ground floor a living / dining area with open kitchen, shower room and hallway with a built-in infrared heat cabin. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with attached wash basin and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two separate beds. All beds are equipped with modern box spring mattresses. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two more people (limited), so that the house can be used by up to 6 guests.
In front of the living / dining area is the garden with terrace. There you can enjoy the sun and a wonderful view of the surrounding hills of the Bavarian Forest from breakfast to early evening.
On cooler days, underfloor heating provides comforting warmth throughout the ground floor. So your children can use the floor in the living area as a playground, while the soothing warmth of an infrared cabin in the hall for your own relaxation. On the way between the infrared heat cabin and the bathroom with the floor-heated hallway and shower, you will keep warm feet thanks to the pleasantly tempered floor.
After a ride on the in-house sleigh in winter, you can spend a particularly cozy winter evening in front of the Swedish stove, by watching the fire and hear crackle from the sofa. The wood for the stove, including igniters, you can easily obtain free home from our property management.
The modern kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and many cooking utensils, so you can take care of yourself.
For your baby / toddler, a high chair and a cot are available, so you save a lot of bulky luggage on arrival and departure.
You are welcome to book with us a linen package for 13,00 € / person. It includes bed linen, bath towel, towel, guest towel and tea towel. This makes it easier to pack your bags and after your vacation you will have less laundry.
Arrival is possible from 16:00, departure by 10:00, or by appointment. A parking space for a car is located in front of the house.
The rental price includes the costs for electricity, heating and water. A final cleaning fee of € 40.00 has to be paid on arrival. A deposit of 100,00 € are required.
The municipality Zandt is located in the nature park "Upper Bavarian Forest". The low mountain landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling. You can also go skiing, swimming, canoeing, climbing, etc. The house is located in a quiet location in a holiday village on the outskirts of Zandt. This puts you in close proximity to hiking and cycling trails, children's playgrounds and a football field. In the village you will find gastronomy and everything you need for self-sufficiency. Further shopping possibilities and gastronomic offers offers the approx. 10 km distant city Cham or the approx. 8 km distant city Bad Kötzting with a thermal bath and a new state casino. Zandt is an ideal starting point for sports activities and for visiting natural parks, theme parks, baths, museums, festivals etc.
