"My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "Professional and friendly staff, very quiet area and our sleep was perfect! Supermarket is next door. Walkable diatance to transoprt links- train and bus station to reach other cities aswell as exploring Citta Alta. The only downside was limited amount on international channels and no YouTube on TV."
