Zante Sun Villa II - Getaway Villas

The Villa is a modern residence of 120 sq.m. in Kalpaki, Zakynthos that can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa has a private entrance, parking spaces and is located in a quiet area overlooking Zakynthos Airport. The residence also offers a large fully furnished terrace where you can enjoy any of your daily meals and special summer moments with your loved ones!

As we move inside the villa there is a spacious living room with fireplace overlooking the lush garden and the pool . In the same area there is a fully equipped kitchen and a modern brand new bathroom. The house consists of three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms with double beds, TV, air conditioning and large closets with shared balcony overlooking the back of the house and the green surroundings. An extra bed is provided in one of the bedrooms. The third smaller bedroom has a double bed and a window overlooking the garden. There is also a bathroom next to this room.The residence also offers a large fully furnished terrace where you can enjoy any of your daily meals and special summer moments with your loved ones.In the garden you will also find a barbecue and a table tennis. Sunbeds are also provided in the pool area. The beautiful garden and the pool area make this place a worthwhile choice for your holidays.

At a distance of 1 km there is a supermarket, a bakery and a patisserie. Kalpaki is a quiet area but close to the popular tourist resort of Laganas (4 km). You can rent a boat and see the famous caretta- caretta turtles or opt for any of the numerous guided tours. You can also visit one of the most popular and worth visiting places on the island called Marathonisi, a small island in the shape of a turtle with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. You can also find countless dining options and a variety of tourist shops.The city of Zakynthos is at a distance of 8 km and other nearby and worth visiting destinations are Agios Sostis and Keri.
