Named after the old oak that proudly stands before the house and generously casts its shadow on its guests, Wild Oak Estate is a large, luxurious holiday home surrounded by natural beauty, that offers you a stay never to be forgotten. Relax in the swimming pool while enjoying the breath-taking view – or just explore the large estate and its groves and domesticated animals!

With stone and wood as its distinct characteristics, Wild Oak Estate is a large, comfortable maisonette measuring 170 sq.m., built on a 6-acre plot of land that features olive groves, various fruit trees, as well as fenced areas with domesticated farm animals (sheep, goats, chickens, peacocks and so on) – which you can visit and feed, if you wish!

The house itself has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Entering the villa, one finds the traditionally decorated living room, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a small bathtub. The first floor has an open-plan attic with two single beds, as well as two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and a whirlpool function. On the same level is a sitting room/office with a view of the sea, a treadmill, a telescope and a small bathroom – the perfect place for those who want to work during
their vacation.

The vast outdoor area features -apart from the beautiful oak tree and its perfect shadow- an amazing three-level swimming pool measuring 70 sq.m., with sunbeds on its wooden deck and on the first level in the water. There is also a whirlpool function. Nearby, the guests will find a built BBQ with an outdoors dining table, an outdoor WC with a shower, a garden chess and an elevated tree house with a relaxing view of the surrounding area!

Fabulous place
We were a bit concerned by the lack of reviews but now understand that this is a new rental property. Though listed on VRBO as sleeping 6 we were asked to pay extra as they said the property was really for four and the extra two would cost more. This is not mentioned anywhere in the advert or supporting literature. As it happens we ended up as just two as the others couldn’t come. With that bit out of the way we absolutely loved the house and pool and surrounds. It is spotlessly clean, well appointed with a great pool and view. The owner, Spiros, could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed meeting his cats, dogs and sheep Get a car, avoid the tourists unless you like them, and head towards the north of the island or the mountains. Great place. We’d stay again.

Wonderful stay
We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is perfect - it‘s cozy and clean. All you need is already in the house. The views and the pool are spectacular. We‘re looking forward to coming back one day! The owner is also very friendly and helpful - if you need anything he‘s always there.
