The villa is set within its own private courtyard surrounded by beautiful mature olive trees lacing the established gardens. The property boasts stunning views out to sea and leading onto the Peloponnese in the distance. The area is renowned as an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The main villa is split over 3 floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. At ground level there is a large cellar/storage area which would make the perfect extra bedroom(s) if desired; leading directly out to the pool area. The first floor has a stunning shaded balcony, and consists of a large open plan kitchen and lounge area with a neatly placed log burner for those winter nights in. Leading upstairs you have the bathroom, then onto the large master bedroom and guest room. Three sets of French doors open onto generous terraces that lend themselves well to al fresco dining and entertaining. The interior is very tastefully designed and combines traditional features with a more modern day composition.
Outside in the luxuriant Mediterranean garden is the pool with timber framed sun loungers, and a delightful fully equipped BBQ area; covered, functional and perfect for hosting.
Also available is the self contained guest house 'Stavlo'. The guest house sleeps up to four guests and has a pleasing kitchen and private bathroom

The property is extremely well kept and elegantly furnished. Lovely garden and pool, great barbeque area, and professional handling. Not so close to the beaches, but with a short car drive you can reach good ones. Very private and calm. We had a great time.

A holiday villa that inspires elation!
This villa is exceptional, decorated beautifully with plenty of space in the rooms and living area and particularly lots of lovely sitting areas in the garden and on the verandah. A really lovely view of the ocean from the main verandah. The air con works really well which is great, as the temperature was 37-40 degrees when we went in mid-July.. the cicadas are unbelievably noisy but not much anyone can do about that. A few more ideas about recycling would be good. Making up the sofa bed would be great for arrival as that would help people a lot. There is a fair amount of scary driving to do on the way to the villa, and finding the villa was tricky for us all so perhaps some clearer directions to find it would also help. Communication however was very prompt and I didn’t worry about anything it was truly amazing place to stay and we hope to return!!
