This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 swimming pool (1.40m depth), embellished with lounge areas and sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (electrical plates) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for three car.
