"We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. One bed had a dip in it and our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. There was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was also broken. We were only allowed 1 room key which meant we couldn’t use the air con unless we were in the room. We also got woken up twice at 8am every day by the owners.. disappointed to...

"Lovely , modern villa in gorgeous setting. Only 5 minutes from villa to get to bottom of mountain . Villa well located in middle of island so most outings were only 20/30 minutes away . Agios sostis has lovely taverns:restaurants at 20 minutes away . Daily cleaning services /lovely pool . Owners friendly/accommodating . Would definitely recommend ."

When we got there, one of the owners tried to convince us that he can cancel Expedia bookings by saying that we did not arrive, so that he will pay less and make us a discount of 2.5-5%. We refused! Not professional. The overall hotel condition inside is not good, furthermore the staff was not quite friendly - always accusing us of something, for example that the 6years kid is talking too loud at 11am. "Maria has been amazing, the hotel is nice and clean, but she is the star of the whole place. She made us feel welcome and she has been helpful at all times with restaurants recommendations and tips on what to do around the island. If we could we would have given her 20 stars. Our vacation has been fabulous and we had an unexpected room upgrade on our last days which has been nice too . Highly recommended "
