The house is a grand villa standing on the top of a hill with endless views to the bay of Laganas and most of the southern coastline of Zakynthos. This is an amazing 4 bedroom villa, ideal for big families in the vicinity of the sandy beaches of the south. The villa comes with private grounds, green areas, a private swimming pool and amazing views from its verandas and pool area. It is close to restaurants, bars, and the beaches but at the same time tucked away from the noise of the crowds.

The pool is fairly big measuring 9 meters long by 4. 5 meters wide and 1.4 meters deep. The pool area is fenced to provide security and has sun-loungers, a hammock and beautiful 180-degree views of the island.

From the pool area there are a few steps to the ground floor. The ground floor consists of a big lounge and dinning area. There is comfortable sitting for 10 people to relax or to dine.
