"The Gästehaus Sonnenwirth is a fully automated establishment and its checkin system is just the beginning of its problems. We’d prepaid through Expedia but the checkin software couldn’t find the booking. The entrance lobby holds two people and three’s a crowd - the automatic door kept opening and we were battered with rain and hail so we did not enjoy trying to solve the Sonnenwirth’s software problems. The Expedia contact number was answered once by a man who said,”You need to speak to my wife”...

"Came for a 3-day business trip. Location is really outside the city, but the tram is 5 min walk and the frequency is rather good. The property however is in poor maintenance condition. Also - its rather a nuisance that there is no front desk and that the owner is not always there. I imagine its less of a problem in longer stays but for a couple of days it was very uncomfortable. "Excellent place to stay if you have a car. The price includes parking. The drive leading to the Gästhaus is breathtaking and is about 45 mins from Heidelberg city. Quiet place, clean room and the price was a steal inspite of making a last minute booking. The owner was the kindest and even mailed me back a dress I left behind in the room"

"Wir haben einen super entspannten Urlaub in der kleinen Nisa verbrachten. Das Häuschen hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Leider fehlte uns ein bisschen die Sauberkeit und Ordnung. An sich war es sauber, jedoch hätte es noch etwas tiefgründiger/gebauer gereinigt sein dürfen und Produkte wie Gewürze,… immer mal wieder kontrolliert und ggf. aussortiert."
