Newly decorated studio apartment located about 10min by tram from the city center and the main square. It consists of kitchen bathroom and living room with balcony. Flat is oriented to the quiet courtyard of the building. The tram stop is located just 50 meters from the building. Nearby you can find many shops, bakeries, pastry shops, park Stara Trešnjevka, and open green market. If you like night-life and staying out late you can easily come back to the apartment because all tram lines pass next to the apartment building.

Pets are allowed to stay with an extra charge of 5€/day/pet.

No complications, near centre, cosy apartment
Die Parksituation in der Straße war sehr entspannt (Anfang August 2020), wir haben immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt nehmen dem Apartment gefunden. Im Apartment ist es sehr ruhig. Man hört nur ein bisschen die Straßenbahn. Das Apartment sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, liegt im Untergeschoss, was es im hochsommer angenehm kühl macht. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Wohnen braucht. Wir sind immer ca 2 km zu Fuß ins Zentrum gegangen aber man kann auch Bahn oder Taxi fahren. Den Gastgeber haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei per Mail funktioniert. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet und spricht perfektes Englisch. Sehr empfehlenswert vor allen für junge Paare.
