Poor Refurb and Dirty
We turned up and the self check in box with code details is a really efficient and great idea to quickly get access to your room and no need to wait around. However when we got to our room (it stated queen bed online when booking) we received 2 singles. Looks nothing like the pictures as in reality we had a room which looked like it wasn't properly cleaned prior to our arrival. A balcony which had electric shutters which were damaged therefore couldn't open. An aircon unit which didn't work. Plug sockets dangerously loose. When contacted the team were responsive however not helpful, they said no way to change room, it was an error with the booking site showing double rooms and that all were single beds (therefore picture misleading) and they were "sorry for inconvenience" no refund offered. The worst part we had several ants that also made their way through the floorboards. Took video but can't be uploaded unfortunately. Overpriced. Underwhelming and under cleaned. Do Not Stay.
