"The lady was very welcoming and lovely. We arrived latw at night and the map lead us down the road so I couldn’t find it. So she come to find us. Showed us to our room and gave us information It was well equipped and beds very comfortable. "

"E' una struttura a conduzione familiare, semplice, ma fornita di tutto. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza per 4 persone, pur essendo in due, e siamo stati benissimo; bagno pulito e grande, unico neo la mancanza della doccia. Abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati bene. Il rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente buono."

The crumbs were just brushed of the table so it was left very sticky. I always used alcohol hand gel during breakfast. The cudlery could have also been cleaner. "We stayed 5 nights at the Duchessa while visiting family in San Giovanni. The hotel staff was very accommodating and treated us like family! The on site restaurant was a delight! The food was excellent and the service as well. The cafe was nice if you wanted a cup of coffe or tea or a glass wine. The sandwiches and pastries available as well! We will stay there again when we return to visit family"

"Avevo prenotato con Hotels.com una camera con 1 letto matrimoniale e 3 letti singoli, perché ho tre bambini di 9, 6 e 2 anni. Qualche giorno prima contatto il titolare per la conferma della Camera e il giorno dopo mi invia un e-mail dove mi dice che non hanno camere con tre letti singoli, al massimo due. Chiamo l'hotel per farmi spiegare meglio e mi risponde la moglie del titolare, la quale mi dice che non c'è problema perché hanno una Suite dove ci sono i letti che abbiamo richiesto al momento...
