"This place is a scam! It's located in a hilly area and if it's snowing it's nearly impossible to reach it by walking. The furniture was worn out, mattresses, couches ...etc were not eligible for human use! Couldn't stay there for more than 30 min. and ended up wasting all my money spent on this property. Don't recommend it to anyone. "

"The spa was fabulous! Yasmine is excellent… cheerful, efficient and great at giving treatments!!! Solemon at the front desk was a lifesaver for me. No one spoke English and I couldn’t book a bus online with a US credit card so he made the res snd paid for it with his credit card and Zi reimbursed him. Google translate and good hand signals a must uf you don’t speak Turkish but the thermal bath in the room and the peacefulness of the area mskes this spot an exceptional find!"

"The room has a non-adjustable heater which was on until it automatically turned off at 2:00am. Needless to say it was too hot. The hotel is directly above a bar so I'm opening a window the room smelled like smoke."

"A nice hotel in a pleasant part of the city. There's a big supermarket located right opposite, and the city centre is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel staff are very friendly (though apparently a bit unused to foreign visitors). The rooms looked newly refurbished and the cleanliness was impeccable."

"Two nights, comfortable double bed which was very clean and we had tea/coffee making facilities in a reasonable sized room. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast was excellent buffet of fresh produce and assortment of breads and sweets. A negative is that the foyer/lobby area allows smoking even though it is clearly indoors. Unfortunately, too many people in Turkey smoke so we cater for them."

"It is too far out of town. The road off highway is very confusing and google misleading. The beds were the smallest single beds and weren't made up like usual hotel beds. Quality of the bed also looked very cheap. "
