"We had an amazing stay for 10days .. was nice to be close to Malaga yet out enough to have peace and quiet. The children loved the pool and having no neighbours meant we did not have to worry about their noise. We saw wildlife and would watch the gecko’s at night. Owners are amazing and friendly.. definitely recommended the house for anyone who wants to be off the grid!!!"

"This pretty old villa is ideally located on the main road between beautiful Frigiliana and bustle Nerja. Ideally located within up hill walking distance to romantic Frigiliana which hosts many lovely restaurants, or an easy 10 min downhill bus ride to Nerja. "The villa and grounds and exactly as described and shown in the photos. We loved the location. Very close to amenities. We love a villa instead of resorts as we prefer a quiet holiday to completely relax and de-stress. The only slight negative was that the neighbour, Jose (who is a very lovely man!), comes every day at 8pm and stays sitting by the pool until around 9:30pm to check the water levels and clean the bottom. "La maison est très bien, l'emplacement le confort très bien. Le maison est vaste. Elle est bien situé par rapport à Nerja, pas trop loin on peut y aller à pied. Que des compliments. Juste un petit incident à l'arrivée le key-code pour récupérer les clefs n'avait pas été changé et impossible de joindre le propriétaire dans l'après-midi mais à 19H30 tout était rentré dans l'ordre. "Just spent a week at this apartment. All went very smoothly. The host, Cornelia is very friendly and fast with communications. The apartment is perfect and rustic. I don’t think that the photos do it justice, it is much better in ‘real life’. The terrace is perfect for relaxing on. The village is quiet and small, but not far from the motorways or the beach. A hire car is a must, but everywhere is within easy reach. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it. Thank you Cornelia!"

"Fantastic house, very easy trip from Málaga Airport. Beautiful views, superb pool, really huge. This rustic, traditional house was perfect,we had such a great time. "Wir waren das erste mal in Andalusien. Das Haus haben wir mit 4 Erwachsenen genutzt. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Anfängliche Probleme mit Warmwasser haben wir schnell gemanagt bekommen. Pool super. Kommunikation mit Besitzer reibungslos. "

"Nos encontramos una casita pequeña super cuca y bien cuidada, aunque no entendimos que no hubiese ni horno ni microondas. La piscina muy limpia. El chico de la recepción de llaves y mantenimiento un auténtico encanto. El problema es que justo enfrente tiene una parcela un hombre que se dedica a desatender a su perro (lo deja suelto y se te cuela en casa) y a poner música hasta la madrugada muy alta. Sabemos que no es culpa de la dueña, pero mínimo debería cercarse la parcela para que no entren...

"Die Küche inklusiv Kühlschrank und Geschirr waren nicht sauber und wir mussten erst mal eine Stunde putzen. Die Decke und die Dusche im Bad waren voll Schimmel. Die Wasserversorgung reicht kaum zum Duschen und manchmal ist kein Wasser vorhanden. Der Pool war nicht gereinigt, dafür aber sehr stark gechlort. Was den Spaß im Pool nicht minderte. Der Ausblick auf das Meer machte einiges wieder wett."

"If you want seclusion away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Away from the main road, but with access to great lookouts and hiking paths! The property is a bit old but the staff care for it how they can. Expect waning luxury, but clean and livable rooms. It gets cold in the winter so bring some fluffy PJs. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Sometimes the jabalí show up--one was there during dinner. "

"A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The service from staff has been exemplary, with particular regard for David (in the restaurant) and Sequoia (uncertain spelling, on reception). They, and others have been great advisers to first-time visitors. Other staff were excellent in minor interactions. Our only complaint would be about the delay with check-in procedures, but that was soon dismissed by us. We will be back... Even fellow clients are worthy of mention, particularly Dermot and Patricia from Leinster, Ireland "
