"Stayed in the off-season (October) so didn’t take advantage of the beach or pool but the hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My particular room had evidence of water damage in the bathroom that hadn’t been properly repaired, but overall was a nice place to stay. "

"We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a side seaview and two small balconies. The apartments are minutes from a lovely beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and a small grocery store around the corner. The kitchen had everything we needed but no kettle ( we used a pan) or tea towels or dishcloth. The apartments have a carpark a short walk away for €6 per day but we managed to park on the nearby streets for free during our stay. We had no problems with night time noise and slept...

"Thin walls, people partying in the halls all hours of the night, dog barking all hours of the night in the hallway, lobby, apartment next door. Coffee machine in lobby not working. Maid and girl at check in were nice. Other than that, no service. No response to emails or phone calls. Charge for use of kitchenette contrary to Hotels.com listing. Great location."

" Останавливалась в этом отеле с 29.08.22 по 09.09.2022. вместе с сыном. Когда бронировала этот номер на вашем сайте, то в предложении было указано, что номер-студия с 2-мя комнатами, мини-кухней и завтраками. По факту оказалось, что это одна комната с большой террасой. Мини-кухня сначала была закрыта, и хозяйка требовала дополнительную плату за ее пользование в размере 15 евро за день. Я возмутилась и сказала, что ничего платить не буду. Через 2 дня мне открыли мини-кухню. Завтраков никаких там...

"Property manager was very kind and waited a bit longer for our check-in. She walked us through our apartment and explained where everthing is. Place was very nice and clean. Pillows were to hard for my taste but the bed was comfortable. This place offers a lot of space for Ironman equipmemt and is close enough to Cervia."

"Our family, 2 adults and 3 children and a small dog, had a fantastic stay at Residence Villa Azzurra. We can highly recommend Residence Villa Azzurra when visiting Rimini. The hotel and the staff was incredible nice and helpful and we had a wonderful vacation. It was our first visit to Rimini, but we will definitely come back next year to Residence Villa Azzurra. We are already looking forward to that."
