This luxurious urban villa Amarena is placed in district of Borik in Zadar. Fully air-conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with a double bed where one has a  possibility of separation into two single beds. Although it has 3 bedrooms, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people because there is a sofa bed for two people at your disposal as well.

Spacious ground floor is divided to eclectically decorated living room with cable television. There is fully equipped kitchen and equally luxurious dining room.  White color dominates with lots of details in red. All guests will be thrilled by the game room where you can have fun with darts, billiards, table football alongside with PlayStation 4 and Nintendo console.

Villa is located in mediterranean city of Zadar on the Adriatic coast.  This modern villa is made for a dream holiday. It is immediately visible by the interesting architectural design.

In addition to modern and functional design, villa Amarena has a fantastic location. The city of Zadar is known as the capital of North Dalmatia. It is rich in cultural and historical heritage, as well as gastronomic offer. You will be delighted with numerous beaches and bays around Zadar and the islands. You can enjoy the excursions to Plitvice Lakes, Krka waterfalls or the unforgettable Kornati.

Fantastic villa, everything you need. Walking distance to many beaches and the large supermarket. A 30-40 minute walk to the old town ( well worth the walk) A fabulous holiday in a beautiful country with stunning scenery

Beautiful villa in peaceful location
Lovely house, very large spaces and nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds and amazing showers. Various outside furnished seating areas, including around the wonderfully clean pool. The games room and gym were an added bonus. Restaurants and bars less than 15 minutes walk away, all in all we had a fabulous experience and would very happily recommend Villa Amarena.

1) The air conditioners made so much noise that it was difficult/impossible to sleep in two of the bedrooms. You were aware of this, but did not fix it or notify us about it. 2) The toilet downstairs was broken 3) There must be no lights on outside of the event at 10 p.m. It is completely unreasonable that we cannot use the outdoor area after 10 pm when there is now a pool and in a rather expensive house. The outdoor area was, among other things, why we rented the house 4) There are not 6 wine, champagne or beer glasses in a house for 6 people. 5) We have booked for 6 adults and a child but there were only 6 beds, 6 duvets and 6 towels. We simply don't feel the house lived up to what you promised or what we paid for.

Der Aufbau vom Haus, die Atmosphäre.. einfach alles war Top. Leider hat bei uns die nächtliche Beleuchtung am Pool gefehlt, aber sonst war es einfach traumhaft und entspannt. So viele Möglichkeiten hat man in dieser Villa

Schönes Objekt netter Vermieter
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Zadar. Die Villa war voll ausgestattet und es war alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der einzigste Kritikpunkt ist die Lage mitten im Wohngebiet, d.h nach 22 Uhr musste man sich in der Villa aufhalten.

Prettige ontvangst in een mooie, ruime en zeer uitgebreide woning. Van spelletjeskamer, sporthonk tot zwembad, alles wat je vakantie compleet maakt is er te vinden. Wij hebben een prima week gehad!!
