Beautiful room, spectacular view, perfect location
My partner and I stayed at Nora Rooms during our recent trip to Zadar and we could not be more happy with our choice. Martina was accommodating, friendly and readily available. She met us for an early check in (about 5 hours early), responded to our texts while we were there and was available for help even after we had checked out. The room itself was clean (it smelled amazing when we stepped in) and very well cared for. The location was perfect being only a short walk from the sea, the Sea Organ, the Forum, restaurants and a very active nightlife. The view of the sea out our balcony was spectacular. It was one of the major reasons we chose Nora Rooms in the first place and it exceeded our expectation. Prior to our arrival, I had asked Martina for restaurant suggestion for a romantic night out. She suggested several options and we went with Fosa, which was just brilliant. The food was delicious, the location was gorgeous (right on the water), the waiter was memorable (friendly, attentive, very helpful, but not overbearing) and even though it was mentioned in the 2019 Michelin guide, it was surprisingly affordable. Zadar itself is gorgeous. If you are a couple or just want to get away to a remarkable, beautiful and unique city, we strongly recommend Zadar. From the moment we arrived we knew we wanted to return and when we do, we will be booking with Nora Rooms again.

The location of this flat is fantastic - and it was comfy. The bed was nice, pillows ok. There was no kitchen but a kettle and fridge and some cutlery and cups. No sink (except in the bathroom). The shower didn’t get warm - ok for October but I wouldn’t have been pleased in the winter. Plus, no toiletries (the owners put a washing detergent to clean cups etc, although there was no sink, but no shampoo or soap). The owners were careless, it’s the best way I can put it. Communications weren’t great, they didn’t know certain useful things, and you can tell this is just to make money. So I can only give average, in spite of the location. The building looks really awful and none of the doors were ever kept locked (probably explaining why when we arrived the owner had the wrong key).

convenient, clean, great location & view
Great location in old town with great balcony with view of water, close to many restaurants & sights, great to have elevator/lift. Though the building is funky-old the room is modern & well done, with fridge, kitchen equipment (except no cooking device), tea kettle, and plenty of space to put things. What would make it even better is a toaster oven to heat things. Use the PayDo parking app! We got good street parking for only $8 per day.

great little studio
Good location for the old town and within easy walking distance of everything. Parking nearby was easier than we first thought – £7 for 8am until 10pm. Views from the sun soaked balcony were excellent but the communal entrance looked a little of putting. Two additional pillows would be good. We traveled light and would have loved to have the use of beach towels and/or cushion. I would recommend three or four days here.

Martina the host, was very accommodating and gave good tips on where to go. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Bed was super comfortable. Easy access to old how and attractions.

Great view and clean appartment.
Room was very clean when we arrived, it has an amazing ocean view that makes all your problems go away. Martina, our host was very helpful. Since the beginning she let us check in a lot earlier that the actual time (10am instead of 2pm) and also we checked out a bit later since our flight was leaving later on the afternoon. We really appreciated that flexibility. What we found a bit surprising is that the room had no amenities at all (not even soap to take a shower). We also had to request some extra pillows and a carpet for the bathroom since all water goes out of the shower. Fortunately, Martina provided kindly this things to make our stay more comfortable after request (even if I think this things should be on the room permanently). Room is comfortable and clean, view is amazing and location was great even if we were surprise by the building at first on the outside it is not very pretty. They can add some things to make it perfect.

Martina, our host was very friendly, due to bad weather we were allowed to check in much before our confirmed timetable. Town is so small, you have to have time for find to parking place for your car, even it was not high season.
