"This is a very unique hotel. So fun to explore all the very colorful areas - the rainforest with three pools, monkeys and macaws. The open air restaurant was staffed by the most congenial people. Joshua in the front office went above and beyond to assist us when our rental car wouldn’t start - our Spanish isn’t that good and without him we may not have been able to communicate to Avis what our problem was. Our room was very nice, up high with amazing beach and ocean views. "

"We had a great four day stay at this property, the house was very clean and the pictures accurately represent the accommodations. The onsite hosts Alex and Eva were very friendly and helpful. It is not in a well established tourist area so you will be interacting mostly with locals and El Salvadorians visiting the beautiful beach. There are options for restaurants, we tried two along the beach. One at a local hotel that we walked to and another just a short five minute drive. We stayed close to El Tunco for the first part of our trip, this location was an enjoyable change of pace. Great value!"
