für anspruchslose Mieter
positiv zu bewerten ist die Lage unmittelbar am Strand und die relativ neuen Bäder ansonsten hat das Haus seine besten Zeiten lange hinter sich und eignet sich für anspruchslose Besucher; sehr einfache abgenutze Möblierung, Vorhänge sind kaputt und hängen lose an der Leiste; Steckdosen hängen teilweise an Kabeln aus der Wand; der router hängt an einem Nagel und ist nur lose verdrahtet, Internet ist daher ausgefallen und ein Techniker der Telekom musste das reparieren, daher 2 Tage kein Internet zu beachten ist, dass OG und EG getrennte Wohnungen sind, so dass man das Haus über eine Aussentreppe verlassen muss um zwischen den Stockwerken zu wechseln
