"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

"Thin walls. Staff knew, shrugged and moved us to another building. Had to fight for room. Booked here and without proof would have slept in the car. When I showed her my iPad, she never apologized, just found us our first room which was sound proofed like a tent. "

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "GREAT VALUE for the money!! Everything seemed new. Very clean and organized. Parking directly out front. Lovely balcony. Everything was great! Dan"

"The photos are misleading, they show a different facility than the one we slept in... We've got room in other (older) building with not so good conditions. The room smelled very badly of sewage, we had to ventilate it a lot. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really delicious, it compensated us for the disadvantages and we generally remember the trip well. Someone very talented takes care of the breakfast food there."
