"Great location in Port Campbell. Staff at Reception was lovely and helpful. Found the layout of the bathroom was not great - towel holders/hooks were not accessible from the shower. Light switch outside bathroom so light disturbed anyone in room during the night."

"Our room looked out over the ocean -- a beautiful view. We just had two issues with the room: the bed was very, very soft and when the doors and windows were closed, it smelled strongly of fish. So we kept everything open and were happy for the breeze and to hear the waves crashing all night."

"Overall happy, but during our stay it rained and overflowing / blocked gutters from upper level coarse excessive water to drip down onto the roof above our room making it very noisy and difficult to sleep. Loose, broken tiles in hallway were also a safety hazard. Otherwise, happy with the accommodation ..."
