Hotel clearly at the bottom of the pile. Run down exterior with part of the building covered with tarpaulin. Inside not much better. No lifts. Stairs had cages of stuff in them. Needs a major face lift. Air conditioner hardly worth bothering with and room stifling hot when only 22’C outside. Dread to think what it will be like when hotter. Nous sommes venus dormir ici car nous sommes venus pour la 1ere fois au zoo et nous ne connaissons pas les logements aux alentours. Tres decus, premièrement pour rentrer à l'hotel, le terminal ne fonctionnait pas, arrives dans la chambre le lit de notre fille non fait et le lit notifie qu il n est pas fait pour les enfants de moins de 6 ans or l âge est demandé a la réservation. De ce fait mal dormi de peur qu elle tombe! Ensuite bruits de tuyaux toute la nuit et trop chaud. Nous tenons à remercier le personnel tres comprehensif qui nous a offert le petit dejeuner de la petite.

Hôtel qui vient de changer d enseigne, il est encore en rénovation d ailleurs. L hotel est calme et propre. La zone autour de l hotrel n a pas d intérêt mais pour une nuit de passage comme nous cela convient. Le personnel est tres aimable et prévenant mais a l air encore un peu perdu face a leur nouveau logiciel

Gros stress après une grosse journée de boulot
Je n ai pas pu dormir dans cet hôtel car arrivée tardive et pas de réception. Simplement je n ai jamais eu mon numéro de réservation et les personnes d astreinte au bout d un boitier n ont pu résoudre mon problème. Heureusement qu il y avait un autre B&B à côté qui ont pu me loger pour le même tarif alors que la chambre était plus chère. Merci à eux sinon je dormais dans ma voiture.

Tout c'est bien passé nous sommes arrivé tard nous avons récupéré notre réservation sur la Borne avec le code de réservation envoyé ultérieurement par le personnel de l'hôtel par mail niveau parking il y'a de la place pas de soucis. L'hôtel est à 2 min de la sortie d'autoroute nous avons pu bénéficiér d'un départ tardif le week-end le personnel était très serviable ainsi que le veilleur de nuit... Impeccable merci à tous
