Park model in Yuma’s number one RV community. One bedroom unit is light, bright, clean, sanitized .and very comfortable. Well maintained and fully equipped. Sofa bed in common area. BBQ grill available. Five miles from airport. Resort has five pools, four hot tubs , a gym and a variety of sports courts a,omg other amenities. Play hard or sit back and relax. It’s up to you. This is age restricted community meaning at least one guest must be 55 or older.

Perfect getaway!
The owner was so wonderful and left a welcome basket full of treats including homemade chocolate covered pretzels! We are now renting from her for a month next year from the owner! The property was perfect, everything fully stocked in the kitchen. The park was amazing !

the property was easy to find, quiet, convenient, comfortable, felt like home. I am very pleased I stumbled across an alternative to where I used to stay. This is a much better value. Lilah was very responsive and prompt when I needed a question answered.

A very neat RV park.
A very nice and clean unit to stay in. Lila was a great owner and did a great job of communicating property details as well as check-in procedures. The entire RV park was neat and tidy and well represented as a top park in Arizona. We’d certainly stay here again!

The Rookies!
This was our 1st experience with VRBO, and we were extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. Lila met us at the gate, gave us a tour of our clean a cozy home. She explained all of the amenities of the Country Roads Park, (5 pools!) and made us feel so at home! We are looking forward to doing this again next year!

Super Accommodations!
Lila’s tiny home was a wonderful place to stay. The home was light and bright. Everything that one would need was provided. The neighbors were friendly and stopped and spoke. Due to COVID a lot of their activities were suspended. Notwithstanding that, it was a very nice experience! Thank you, Lila, for your hospitality.

Yuma, Az at a cozy one bedroom in a 55+ community, very quiet and accommodating
My husband and I stayed in Yuma to have our RV roof redone at Rhino Linings. We rented a cute one bedroom place at Country Roads. A 55+ community with mobile homes and RV spaces. The VRBO rental has everthing you need to feel comfortable. The close proximity allowed us to check on our RV. After the repair was completed, we were able to park it in Country Roads for a couple of nights to make sure everything was working properly. The owner, Lila was very responsive with any questions we had, and even helped us find a place to park our RV too.

What a cozy little place!
My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The unit was neat, cozy and centrally located to the park amenities. The host was wonderful and had snacks waiting when we arrived. She also offered to show us around which we declined as it was late. We would stay here again!
