"This is a good hotel chain. The staff are friendly, and everything works. The rooms are not large, but adequate. At this location there is a nice family hot spring spa right next store, for which the hotel sells discount tickets. I recommend it."

After staying at many more rustic inns and sleeping on the floor several nights, it was a welcome change to be in such a modern, comfortable hotel.
