I don’t appreciate paying $200 to stay at a hotel that doesn’t tell you they’re renovating its property until arrival and on the weekend they decide to start jack hammering concrete at 7:30 in the morning. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time

This property is being remodeled. I read lots of reviews with people complaining about it, but took the chance. I’m glad we did. Our room was remodeled nicely and clean! The property was quiet. Yes they were working on the building, but for our stay, we didn’t have any loud noise. The staff was nice as well. My only complaint is late night parking is a little challenging with remodel stuff taking up some of the spots and several people parking poorly. This is obviously not something they can control. We will be back in a few weeks for another trip in the area and I will continue to keep this property in mind when booking. PS- thank you Best Western for keeping pet fees minimal!

The room was newly renovated - spacious and clean. The exterior was being updated so the windows were taped over. We could not look outside. Staff was friendly. Someone had a little dog in their room that barked a lot. The doors were very loud.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stay at in a while
I came into town for a concert and booked a room here. My first impression was how friendly the staff was right from the moment I walked in. Once checked in, I got to my room and was surprised at how spacious it was. Everything was very clean from the bathroom to the bed room and everything in between. The bed was definitely the highlight of my stay. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed than the one at this hotel. The sheets were the softest, the mattress was so comfy and the pillows were extra fluffy. The next morning there was a nice breakfast that was out and the dining area was also clean and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation so it was like staying on a worksite as there were tarps, dust, painters ect everywhere. They were rather loud and didn't allow for a sleep in. Our room was not cleaned thoroughly with a used facemask and 2 hair bands left on the floor in separate areas. The toilet leaked water overnight which was weird. We called reception but no-one answered.
