Located on a hillside, you'll have beautiful views of Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree Park, San Gorgonio and San Jacinto mountains. Experience these magnificent views while relaxing in a private spa!


This home is in the perfect location, close to all attractions including Joshua Tree National Park, Pioneer Town. Far enough to feel like you're escaping the city but also close enough to still have all the conveniences of nearby shops, markets, and restaurants. 


Please note that the hot tub's maintenance staff will visit every Tuesday and Friday to perform maintenance work. The visit times are random, but your presence is not required. The work usually takes less than 30 minutes. For the safety and comfort of our guests, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance.




 


Security Camera/Recording Device - For your safety, a "Ring Video Doorbell" security camera is installed facing the driveway. There is another camera inside of the garage facing the garage door. The camera is only seen in case of an emergency. There are no cameras inside the house or in the backyard.

Felt duped by summary of place and reviews
The main reason I am writing this review is so that future renters know what to expect. We are a family of four and we were passing through Joshua tree just for 1 night and we were looking for a cool experience staying in the desert. When we arrived about 10 minutes before check in (early check in inquiries were not answered) Housekeeping was still there so we waited about 10 mins to get in (not a big deal) We were happy with cleanliness of place but from there things went a bit downhill. The main thing I was disappointed about with the rental was the noise from traffic. Hearing vehicles whiz by constantly until we went inside for the night was the opposite of my idea of relaxing in the desert. Also the lack of view from backyard (you can only see mountains if you sit in driveway) I felt so duped by this because nowhere in the reviews mentioned loud traffic noise and title of property says amazing views. I would not have booked if I knew this. A few more things that are minor complaints were: Propane for fire was empty, messaged host and that was delivered fairly promptly. In the bedroom with the king bed there was no blind on the window in the door to the yard. My husband had to drag out the fold a bed and prop up in front of door. It worked but wasn’t ideal. Overall I think I was most upset that we paid so much for an experience that was not what was advertised.

Cheerful dessert getaway
The House is cheerful and clean with a nice outdoor space. The kitchen had a selection of necessary items including coffee and assortment of spices. The house has 3 bedrooms but note that one bedroom is accessed through another bedroom or from the outside which was fine. One challenge if traveling with a group is that there are 2 bathrooms but only one shower. A nice add is a turn table with Bluetooth speaker and a nice selection of vinyl. Generous amount of towels were provided for the home and the hot tub. Hot tub was clean and ready to go upon arrival. Outdoor space has accommodations for outdoor dining, a fire pit, hammock and games. Location is close to amenities but removed enough from the main street which offered nice star viewing at night. It is a nice house and we enjoyed our stay.

Top Notch Vrbo Host!
This house was super clean. Towels felt brand new. Sheets the same. Beds were very comfy. Location was great. We only stayed 2 nights and spent most of our time in Joshua Tree National Park so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the back yard, but it definitely looked inviting. RedAwning provided clear check in and check out procedures. I would definitely stay with them again!

Adorable & Functional
Good location near to a Walmart and the Joshua Tree National Park entrance. The managers really did a nice job decorating, organizing, and cleaning the house. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly updated! We found the bed linens to be high quality and very comfortable. They have a nice outdoor space as well, you just have to set up and take down all the cushions yourself... which isn't the most convenient. Only issue is the unpaved driveway and neighborhood road leading into the property, as well as pitch black road at night getting back to the house in the dark. Just be careful if you have a low clearance car.
