!!Wildlife, rodents, and bugs oh my!!
** While we do our best to limit the nuisance of wildlife, rodents and bugs on the property, please keep in mind that this property is in the middle of the national forest. As multiple pest control companies have told us “It is virtually impossible to control”. It’s hard enough in the city but out in the mountains, especially as remote as we are, please understand we are living in their domain. It is completely common to see elk, deer, javelina, coyotes, turkeys, squirrels and mice to just name a few. We have even had black bears in the yard. In addition you will see bugs! Especially in the summer months when they are most active. That being said if you see something out of the ordinary please let us know.
Cameras are installed around the exterior of the property to monitor wildlife, etc. as well as one in the garage.
