"We come to Andrews every summer and stay at VRBO’s. This is our new favorite place to stay. The house is easy to drive up to. It is close to town. It is very clean and appears to be recently renovated. The 3 zone air conditioning allowed our party of 7 to comfortably sleep in their preferred temperature. The owner/manager was quick to respond to questions before our arrival. Keyless entry made it very easy for our party’s separate coming and going. Will look to stay here again next year!"

"We had a quiet, lovely stay. The house is nostalgic, charming, comfortable, and peaceful. Owners are welcoming and have dogs my daughter had a great time with. Magical gazebo near the confluence of two creeks. Cathy provides an abundance of linens, blankets, kitchen items galore, candles, even a tape/cd player for us 80s kids. "Our multi generational family enjoyed our time so much at the Modern Farmhouse Retreat. The kids loved playing on the property and we all enjoyed ending the day in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The home was clean and the kitchen very well stocked. There was so much to do in the area as well. We’re already making plans to go back!"
