"I had a brilliant stay at Drop In Tottori. The staff are welcoming and kind. There is easy transit to the sand dunes and sand museum which was definitely worth a visit. The pod has a lot of space - almost enough to stand up. You are provided with a locker underneath your pod for larger baggage as well as a smaller locker by your head. I slept well and had an amazing stay. "

"It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. I have slept on many beds in Japan, and these were the most uncomfortable that I have slept on in four years. I would definitely recommend bringing your own pad or mattress to this location. The other other guests were also quite loud, though that is not the fault of this hotel, but the walls and doors were very thin so you could hear everything going on in the hallway, including being woken up to hairdryers. "
