The Space:
This comfortable condo is in the heart of Yosemite National Park.
*PLEASE NOTE- Bring supplies with you! The nearest major market is in the town of Oakhurst. Oakhurst has two major supermarkets and a Grocery Outlet. Get all food and supplies before you come, If you need emergency supplies there are two small (and expensive) markets in the town of Wawona, about a 25 minute drive and early close times.
* Being inside Yosemite park is amazing! However it is also at a high elevation and snow is likely in the winter, Please make sure to come prepared with tire chains, winter clothes and boots in the cold months. Check weather conditions and road closures on the national park website. Roads are usually plowed quickly after storms but chains will likely be required in the winter.
* Starter (first morning) coffee and tea are provided, bring additional for longer stays. Salt, Pepper and oil are also provided. Plan to bring all other food items.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. Getting staff into Yosemite to clean is a challenge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time
*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the national park.
Guest Access:
This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Please make sure to see your Check-In instructions. A link to this will be sent before you arrive. You will also need to make note of your personalized door code for entry. Cell service and wifi may be spotty in the park - Plan ahead! Have your reservation information screen shots or pulled up on your phone screen prior to getting to the entrance of the National Park because there will be no reception. Showing your reservation with us to Park staff will insure your don't have trouble getting into the Park without a reservation in busy times.
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood has no services. Please come prepared to be in the wilderness. Gas and basic services are a 25 minute drive back to Wawona. Plan ahead!
Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around. If you would like to avoid parking congestion inside Yosemite Valley in the summer the YARTS bus does pick up at Wawona. There is also a free shuttle inside the Valley.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expense. The housekeeping company charges double on checkouts on any of the previously mentioned holidays
PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.
Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fees to ship an item start at $50 and goes up depending on shipping cost.
Interaction with Guests:
We are very responsive during normal waking hours. The best way to get a hold of us is to message through the website you booked on. Our office and staff are located near Oakhurst CA, which is an hour away. We make every effort to have systems in place for you to get your needs met on the property without in person assistance. If, for any reason you do need in person assistance/maintenance, we make every effort to have staff available as soon as possible.
