York Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment

Summary:
My place is just 200 metres from York Minster, the city centre, art and culture, great views, parks, restaurants and dining. The apartment location is superb. You’ll love my place because of the view of York Minster, neighbourhood and the light. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).The apartment is located on the first floor and is finished to a high specification and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One has both a bath and shower in it. The living area has great views of York Minster.

The Space:
Our two bedroom, two bathroom luxury apartment is ideal for a group of friends or a small family to stay to enjoy a short break in York. It comes with a full kitchen, dining table and sofas, together with a TV.
The two bedrooms are set up as doubles.
The apartment has two bathrooms. We provide a welcome pack for all our guests. This includes tea, fresh coffee and some locally made chocolates. There is also a small carton of fresh milk in your fridge. There is also a small washing up kit of a cloth, sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid. We also leave two dishwasher tablets as each apartment has a dishwasher.
We provide all towels and bed sheets for your stay and some complimentary soaps, body wash and shampoo. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. We have car parking available nearby. We charge for this and you need to reserve a parking pass prior to arrival.
There is also a public car park next to the apartment if you wish to use this.

Guest Access:
We have an office that is open 7 days a week to help you access our apartments and to sort out any questions you may have once you've arrived. We are always delighted to be able to help you find places that interest you and to recommend local restaurants and bars.If you need to arrive after our reception closes, we have a simple check in procedure where we send you the code to one of our secure key boxes that are located at the front of the apartment block. There is a light to help you if it's dark when you arrive.
Our luxury apartment has a washing machine in the apartment plus a bath and shower in the main bathroom!

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the exclusive Bootham area just outside the city walls. This is a great location as you are only 200 metres from York Minster. There are bars and restaurants right outside the front of the apartment block.
You can see York Minster from the living room of the apartment.
We are also just 100 metres from York Art Gallery, York Theatre Royal and 200 metres from York's central park, The Museum Gardens.

Getting Around:
Everything York has to offer can be explored on foot from the apartment building.

To save guests having to give a damages deposit, we may ask to validate your credit card prior to arrival. We do not take any money from the card at this time.
