The King’s Apartment is our new apartment located in a prime location in York City Centre. This exceptional property offers a very modern interior with the highest quality fixtures and fittings, offering a luxury finish to an already stunning property.
The apartment offers free parking just a short walk away, this magnificent two bedroom property is accessed through the building’s secure entrance door and up a flight of stairs to the first floor.
Heading into the apartment you will enter a hallway that leads to two spacious bedrooms, both offer high quality king sized beds with hotel quality bed linen. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV for your use.
The master bedroom has a luxury ensuite with shower and a dressing room. There is also an spacious separate family bathroom, with bath and shower over, providing extra space and comfort for the duration of your stay.
Heading into the living-dining area you will find a large open space, with extremely comfortable sofas and recliner chairs of a very high quality. A flat screen TV floor to ceiling double-glazed windows offering stunning views of King’s Square and York's famous City centre. The dining area offers a luxury wooden dining table seating four guests, providing the prefect place to sit and enjoy a relaxing meal after a long day exploring what York has to offer. The open plan kitchen is a decorated to a high standard with luxury facilities for your use. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to create a delicious meal. Perfect Central Location
The apartment was exactly as per the photos and description, well laid out communal space and two great size bedrooms. Perfect central location for everything you want to do in York for which 48 hours was not enough so we will be back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Lovely stay!
We had such a lovely stay here. The place was so much better than we expected, its bang in the centre which was just perfect. The photos do not do the apartment justice, its incredibly homely and has been very well thought through by the hosts/owner. The ladies you reach are so helpful and friendly. 5* service provided from the beginning of the booking process to the end. Lovely faultless stay, we will be back.

Heart of York
If your looking to stay central to York, this is the property for you! The location is literally in the heart of the centre, close to bakeries, restraunts, bars and shops, also York Markets, which was a great spot for lunch! The apartment was unreal it was so cozy and well kept.

We loved the location of this apartment right in the heart of the city overlooking Kings Square. Stepped outside and you are in the heart of the city with all the bars and restaurants. Perfect mini break in York
The apartment was in perfectly central to all activities and about a 30 second walk from the Shambles. The space was plenty big for our family of four and clean/comfortable. The host was very responsive with good instructions/communication throughout. We would definitely book another stay and highly recommend York Boutique.

We had an excellent visit to York. The Kings Apartment is wonderfully located for exploring York. The apartment was very clean and all appliances were in great working order. Beds were comfortable and the two full bathrooms were modern and extremely clean. Would highly recommend to future visitors of this wonderful English City.

Gorgeous apartment in brilliant location
The apartment is very stylishly designed, but also feels very welcoming and like a home away from home. The sofas/recliners in the lounge area are really comfortable and provide enough space for everyone, something that was a big plus over staying in a hotel. The kitchen provides everything you need to cater for yourself, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spot on too. Everything York has to offer is right on your doorstep, but the apartment was still lovely and quiet (we stayed Friday and Saturday nights and barely heard a noise!). Overall, excellent central location with the perks of feeling like you are at home. We only stayed a couple of nights, but could easily have stayed all week!

LOCATION!!!
This apartment is nothing but amazing! It is right in the centre of york and located above one of the shops in one of the busiest streets in york. It is a massive apartment and has plenty of space for 4 or even more guests. The bedrooms, bathrooms an dliving space is very modern and beautifully decorated. We were amazed with how happy we were with this property and would not go anywhere else next time we visit york. absolutley amazing

Perfect York location
The apartment was in a perfect location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Good sized apartment well appointed kitchen. Even though in was right in the midst of a pedestrian area the double windows made it really quiet. The street out front is closed to traffic for part if the day so a taxi might not be able to drop you off or pick you up at the front door. The stairs up to the apartment are steep so not suitable for anyone with mobility issue or trouble carrying luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was very convenient. Decor and layout of condo great. Master bath smells of mold, shower had some mold in grout. Bathroom faucet drips. Helpful if there were instructions how to use washer/dryer. Couldn't get clothes dry. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that only 1 roll of tp would be provided, if more needed we would need to purchase. ( Not used to that in the US) If the mold would be removed from shower this condo is a nice place to stay.

City Centre Apartment
Wow, this property is bang smack in the middle of York City Centre, surrounded by shops, food places and cafes. In what appears to be a residential building. Very quiet and peaceful. Spacious interior. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, very comfortable seating in lounge, as are beds. Free WIFI was provided which was a nice touch and ideal for the kids. No parking, but you expect that when you realise how central this apartment is. Staff were great, kind and quick at responding. 10/10

Well what can I say a wonderful appt in the middle of the city. Only drawback was the bars downstairs. They don’t close early. Double pain windows help.but you hear a lot of noise. People watching for the second floor was great . The city center was great but closed from 10am to 8 pm so plan accordingly. Would I rent this property again. Yes
