Large side yard perfect for yard games. Parking for 4 cars. GREAT location close to everything -- 0.4 mi from Long Sands, 1 mi from Short Sands. Experience all York Beach has to offer while also being in the perfect spot for day trips to Portsmouth, Kennebunkport, Freeport and Portland!

- We do Friday to Friday rentals in the summer.
- We do not offer any discounted rates for longer rentals.

Girls weekend getaway
Lovely accommodations perfect for us. We went to Portsmouth for most of our activities and it was super convenient. Very clean. Owner very responsive. Parking was the challenge as we had SUVs so it was tight for parking,she even looked up places around for us to find additional parking! good to go!! Thank you! Had Walmart deliver groceries which worked out well!

Back for our third year…
We enjoy this home so much we came back for our third stay! This home is sunny, spacious and convenient to Long Sands (short walk), Short Sands, Nubble Light, Dunne’s Ice-cream, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, restaurants and more…. The kitchen is well appointed making it easy to cook meals. I highly recommend it. We’ll be back next year.

Weekend Stay in April
House was very clean, looked to be newer construction. Beds were very comfortable. Short walk to a beach and short drive to a lighthouse. The kids loved hanging on the beach and exploring the rocks & tidepools.

Perfect home for us!
I booked this home for a long weekend with my family to attend my daughter's wedding. It was pefrect for our stay. Very clean, well laid out, nice neighborhood, lots of space. The kitchen had everything you would want to have in terms of cookware and dishes. I hosted a lobster and steamer dinner and had everything I needed for that. I highly recommend for your stay!

Loved it so much, we stayed here again!
We enjoyed last year’s stay so much we came back again this year! The home is spacious, sunny and spotlessly clean. We loved sitting on the deck to wind down in the evening and cooking dinner in the well appointed kitchen. The short distance to Long Sands beach combines a relaxing, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach, eliminating the complexity of parking. The location was a quick drive to shopping at Short Sands Beach and downtown Portsmouth. Kelly is a great hostess. She’s very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to staying here again.

This bright, airy and spacious home provided a great setting for our beach get away. The combination of a quiet neighborhood and short walk to Long Sands beach was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

The house is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Sofas and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and modern. Loved the stove! It’s not too far from the beach. We knew we had to bring sheets and towels but we were there in April and could have used some more blankets.

The area was pretty, convierte to everything we needed. The place was spotless. The rooms and beds were cozy. We brought our own sheets as expected. Only criticism was no towels, I would have liked hand towels for after bathroom use. Thank you, we would stay here again.

A fantastic weekend, close to Portsmouth
Everything about the weekend was great, the house was extremely clean, and exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone really enjoyed our time there, and it was big enough to be comfortable even during a rainy Saturday with everyone in the house. It is under 20 minutes to downtown Portsmouth. Highly recommended!

It was a super find on VRBO. Excellent condition and very spacious. Beautifully decorated and spotless. We had a wonderful time and great location to the beach (walkable). Will be booking for next summer. I highly recommend this beautiful home to a beautiful location in Maine.
