IMPORTANT NOTE
This spacious two-story house offers your unit on the second floor, with a shared kitchen available to the first-floor tenant. The host’s son and daughter-in-law reside in one of the second-floor bedrooms, accessible through their private entrance maintaining full privacy and separate access from guest areas.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, request a passcode if you need to use laundry in the garage, the laundry is a shared area.

Other Things to Note:
CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be Cancelled. COPS will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furnitures, and decorations are NOT allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
