"저는 프리미어 더블룸을 예약했고 더블침대가 있는 방을 안내받았습니다. 룸에는 더블 침대에 싱글사이즈 이불이 덮여있었어요. 이불이 너무 작아 프론트에 교체를 요청하니 수량이 부족해 싱글이불밖에 없다며 싱글이불을 하나 더 가져다 준다고 했습니다. 잠시 후 직원이 싱글이불을 가져왔길래 나름 4성급 호텔인데 이불 사이즈가 없는 경우는 처음이라 당황스럽다고 했더니 본 호텔은 임대 호텔이라 별같은 건 의미 없다는 답변을 받았습니다. 이게 호텔 직원한테 들을 적절한 답변이었는지는 모르겠지만. 호텔이 직접 지은 건지 임대인지가 중요하지 않았지만, '임대호텔이라 크게 투자도 관리도 안하는 호텔입니다.'라는 인상을 주셔서 안타깝네요. 이후 노후된 시설이며, 객실 구석의 먼지, 욕실 샤워부스의 검은 물때와 곰팡이까지 눈에 들어오며 아.. 임대호텔이라 그런가.. 싶었습니다. 물론 아니겠지만, 저런식의 대답은 호텔과 직원에게 아무런 도움이 안된다는 것을 알았으면 좋겠습니다. "대리석 바닥이라 아기가 넘어질수 있고 별도의 침구도 제공되지 않았습니다. 벽지가 좀 뜯겨 있다던지 선정리가 안되었다던지 등 룸의 상태가 좋다고 생각 되진 않았네요. 수영장과 워터파크는 뷰도 좋고 아이들이 놀기 좋다 느껴졌습니다. 다만 탈의실이 로비에 멀리 떨어져있어 불편했고, 9월 이후 레스토랑등 100퍼센트 서비스가 제공이 되지않는데 가격우 성수기와 비슷한 부분은 잘 이해가 되지 않았습니다"

"정말 뷰가 멋있는 리조트입니다. 앞과 뒤가 모두 바다이다보니 어느 방을 배정받던 모두 바다뷰를 볼 수 있어요. 그 중에 통영만을 보는 뷰가 더 멋있는 것 같습니다. 밤에는 야경이 죽입니다. 바로 옆에는 통영국제음악당이 있어 각종음악회가 있어 시기만 잘 맞추어가면 음악공연을 볼 수 있을 것 같아요. 거기에 음악카페가 있는데 각종 악기로 장식해 놓고, 통영만을 보는 뷰인데 거기도 멋있습니다. 금호리조트는 호텔이 아니다보니, 매일 방청소는 해 주지 않고, 이틀에 한번씩 청소를 해 준다고 하고 매일 수건을 새것으로 갖다 주더군요. 주변에 먹을만한 식당이 많지는 않지만 가끔 있습니다. 바다를 좋아하고 해양스포츠를 좋아하는 분들은 정말 천국일 것 같습니다. 요트장이 있어 요트여행이 가능하고, 요트도 개인적으로 임대도 가능한 것 같습니다. 단점은 저희가 있을 때가 대학교 개학시즌이라 창원대학교 학생들의 오리엔테이션을 이곳에서 해서 하룻밤 자고 가는데 좀 시끄러웠구요. 물론 그들은...

"Good facilities and staff, huge rooms and accomodation but hard for travellers without access to a car. Nearest relevant bus stops are 15 minute walks and you're looking at a 45 min bus ride to downtown Yeosu. Next to some abandoned hotels so it feels uneasy walking but it's perfectly safe. Views of the harbour are nice but it's a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to other parts of town."
