"We had the halfboard option which means dinner and bfast the next day included. We sure glad we did, dinner n bfast was awesome service and we enjoyed the traditional japanese food a lot. Staff were 5star service. The place is very conducive to rest and relaxation. Onsen was 2thumbs up. We didnt know until after that hotel actually has shuttle service to and from train station. "Amazing place"

"We drove to the ryokan from Nagoya Centrair and had no problems finding it. Parking was free and it was conveniently located right next to the ropeway (which was great!). Food was delicious and the onsen was great too. The only negative feedback I have is that certain parts of the room was dusty and perhaps the room needs to be cleaned more. Otherwise, it was an very pleasant overall stay."

"The hotel was a perfect Japanese style accommodation. The hotel staff did not speak a lot of English, but we were able to make it through. The building was clean and well kept. Very few amenities and has a shared shower room. Overall a good experience."
