"It was perfect. The girls and the guy were super attentive. breakfast is sensational, perfect location. there are several restaurants around. It is very easy to go to the central station to visit other cities. loved the hotel, yerevan and armenia"

"The location of the property was the only thing it has going for it. The beds don’t have a proper sheet on it and you can clearly see the dirty stained mattress. They give you an old dirty brown blanket and I don’t know who you have to bribe to get the hot water running. We begrudgingly stayed one night even though we had booked 3 and the next morning packed up and left. It’s an old, run down hotel that needs major upgrades and tlc. "

"Great location and super-friendly staff made this a great place for a quick visit to Yerevan. The room was compact and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever used but it all worked and the breakfast, served in the hotel nextdoor, was good. Would definitely stay again"
