"It was amazing. Sheets towels etc changed daily. Receptionists were exceptional. I enjoyed the meal at the restaurant and the service too. The hotel is cool I recommend it for anyone coming to Bursa."

"The hotel is clean, the beds are confortable but the pillows a bit less to our liking. A bit hard. We had a triple room, for 3 adults. It was very small with our 3 suitcases. The bathroom was also small and I wonder how big people can shower in the that small enclosure. There is plenty of hot water, which was appreciated. The staff was welcoming and super nice bending over backward to help us. Breakfast was good, plentiful. If you are a coffee lover however, you will need to go elsewhere for your morning coffee. Overall, an ok place to explore Bursa. "
