"The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. "The hotel was nice, and the room was also pretty nice, but what you can't possibly understand from the photos is how incredibly busy this place is, the level of noise and constant activity is absolutely tiring. This building has more than 10 elevators and yet there almost impossible to get, and if you do, they're always packed, weather there going up or down. Very frustrating, and your not allowed to take the stairs, if you wanted to of course. Obviously not an option if you're on a higher...
