"Overall pleased, but we think management need taking a view on staff numbers, e.g., reflections restaurant, staff doing a great job but they need support, waited 35mins for 2x omelettes…. They are too busy….. need someone else in the kitchen. We expect they take undeserved criticism due to delays through no fault of their own."

"No daily service for the room. In fact no service unless requested. Stayed a week and had to request clean towels and empty trash and make bed ourselves. Live music on weekends in beer garden which can be heard in rooms until 10:30. Great parking and easy walk to the Main Street in Margaret River. Good restaurant and bar on site. Reception closes early at 17:00. "
