Heritage-listed and one of the hidden gems in the local area, Halletta House is ideal for small groups, wedding parties and corporate retreats.
Halletta House, established in 1918 and built on a half-acre block, is situated in the regional township of Yea. Magnolia trees surround the spacious gardens, with rose and fruit trees. There are multiple outdoor entertaining opportunities, from the front verandah to relaxing in the backyard on the lawn.
Halletta can sleep up to 12. It offers five generously proportioned Queen size bedrooms and one single bunk bedroom.
There are two large bathrooms and an additional WC.
A fully functional kitchen and an extra fridge for larger groups can be found in the laundry.
Enjoy the generous living room with a fireplace, smart TV and free WiFi.
Halletta has recently installed hydronic heating throughout the property.
Please note that Halletta is a work in progress to bring it back to its original build. We are continually working to make it fully sustainable and eco-friendly.
Close to local attractions such as the Great Victorian Rail Trail, Yarra Valley wineries, parklands, walking distance to the main street, Y Discovery Centre and wetlands, local pool, and within walking distance to one of the town's best pubs.
