Well equipped kitchen. Small space but very clean and functional. Enough space for a family of 5. Staff very helpful in shipping luggage to next destination. Convenient location to major stations. Lots of useful amenities such as toothbrushes and hair brushes.

The hotel is located right above subway station, so we didn’t need to walk much. The room was reasonably spacious for Ginza and had modern clean design. The deluxe double room had double vanity, and it was so convenient for two girls to share. We booked breakfast for all 4 mornings on this trip, but I might skip next time if I stay here again. They were good, but we got tired of somewhat heavy main course. We were wishing there were Japanese breakfast. For us, this hotel was the first place that had trash bags to separate recycling items. We care about sustainability, so that’s very important for us. I really appreciate their effort. Two thumbs up!

LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets. GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive! location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace
