Realmente terrible.
Este hotel no debería estar en el catálogo de Hoteles.con. No me hospede finalmente en el hotel, éramos los únicos huéspedes en el lugar que parece semi abandonado, no hay recepción, reciben los cuidadores que no dan confianza. No tiene letrero, el acceso es en un libramiento sin señalización y una terracería el local no está identificado como hotel, hay que tocar el timbre que no funciona para que abran el portón. Pedí ver las habitaciones muy descuidadas y percepción de sucias. Pero principalmente la sensación de inseguridad en el acceso y de ser los únicos huéspedes con el vigilante. Preferí perder el dinero de la noche que arriesgar a mi esposa en un lugar así. Realmente insisto no debería estar como hotel en esta página.

Gracias Karina y equipo, hicieron la diferencia
Karina, Erika y Eduardo muchas gracias. Karina excelente nos ayudo a resolver con excelente actitud y siempre buscando dar solución, siempre respetuosa. El desayuno muy bueno y siempre el equipo organizado. Mucho que mejorar, limpieza en general, hagan un checklist de lo que tiene que tener una habitación pues faltaron toallas, sábanas, papel de baño y sobre todo la limpieza. Las habitaciones están mal planeadas pues te puede tocar un foco que te de la luz directo en la cama o bien la privacidad del baño puede ser incómoda pues se ve para adentro desde las escaleras. Cuidar esos detalles. Definitivamente necesitan más personal porque aunque la actitud es maravillosa es demasiado carga de trabajo. Si volvería al hotel con mis reservas de llevar conmigo mis sábanas y mis toallas, y mucho insecticida porque hay muchos bichos.

amables, lindo pero falta mucho mantenimiento
La administradora hace lo que puede con lo que tiene super amable, le falta personal, camas super duras, falta refrigerador en habilitación o que vendan bebidas, falta ventilación , hay una ventana al pasillo con un foco que no se puede cerrar y la luz entra directo, la luz se baja constantemente, en general el lugar es lindo pero falta mucho mantenimiento

Me gusto mucho el lugar, el personal súper amable y ayudaba en todo, lo recomiendo, lo único que cambiaría es que no hay ventiladores hace muchísimo calor y no puedes dejar las ventanas abiertas porque hay muchos moscos, así que prevenirse con eso, de ahí en fuera todo súper bien, regresamos seguramente.

Fotos bonitas y nada más..
El acceso terrible, el teléfono no contestan, ya cuando por fin logras llegar, las habitaciones son un asco, pelos y uñas en las sábanas, no llega la señal wifi a las habitaciones y no hay señal de la red. Este hotel es una pesadilla. Lo único rescatable es Eduardo y su esposa que hacen lo que pueden siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
