Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with split system heating/cooling in each.
Adjoining the loft, via a covered breezeway, is the additional guest wing. This well lite area provides a spacious second living room with a smart tv, overlooking the backyard and pool , 3 generous bedrooms (accommodating 10) all with split systems, bathroom with toilet and a separate powder room.
