"The garbage bin was overflowing when we arrived and was full of blow flies and maggots. The disgusting smell was present every time we opened the front door so we had to leave the front door closed which constantly rattled in the wind unless we propped something against the door to stop it. The hinges on the main bathroom door needed oiling and the screeching woke up family members during the night. There was no clothesline to hang wet towels and swimmers on after a day at the beach. "Brilliant stay, place and amenities. A couple of issues with the set up, however David from Unlimited Hunter Valley arrived within 30 mins to rectify, no hot water! No gas heater, inoperative according to the owner. Thank goodness it was April & not to cold yet. Pool was a bit chilly as advertised as heated."
