"The staff was wonderful. All of them went above and beyond to help us with our luggage, to accommodate our special requests, answer our questions and provide suggestions about nearby places to visit/shop/eat, etc."

"The property had one person that spoke some English, sadly I had no Spanish. I communicated with a translator app, and the staff were terrific in coping with this. The hotel is attached to the mall so it has easy access to eating and shopping. Showers are great in the room, the wifi dropped signal couple of times, but after I mentioned it via the translation app, they reset it and it performed well for the 5 days I was there. The air conditioning was great ( needed due to the heat and humidity) of Barrancabermeja. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, cereal, and a cooked selection as well, which was included in the price of the room. Staff were courteous and friendly, I would have no hesitation in staying here again"
